  • If it’s your first time: please arrive 10 minutes early. This gives us time to check you in, show you around the studio, and introduce you to your instructor so you feel comfortable and ready to move. Please note: If you arrive late to your first class, our trainers reserve the right to refuse entry to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone. If this happens, please contact the studio regarding the return of your credit.

    If you’ve been before: Arriving 5 minutes before class is plenty of time to get settled. We just ask that you arrive ready to move so we can start the session on time!

  • We’ve taken care of the essentials so you can show up stress-free. We provide mats and towels for every session, and we have secure lockers available for your personal items.

    All you need to bring is a water bottle and a pair of grippy socks. If you don’t have your own, don’t worry! We have a variety of grippy socks available for purchase at the studio.

  • We are located in Unit 11 at 33-37 College Street, Gladesville. You will find us within the complex, where we have dedicated parking spaces conveniently located right outside the studio door. If those are full, there is also ample, unrestricted street parking available on College Street and all around the block.

  • Booking your first class is easy!

    1. Go to our Schedule page and choose a class time that works for you.

    2. Click “Book Now” and create an account with Momence.

    3. Select a package and complete your purchase to secure your spot.

    4. Download the Momence app to manage and book all your future classes in one place.

  • We always recommend that beginners start with our On Point (Foundations) classes. They are designed for all levels and are the perfect place to master your technique, improve your posture, and find your balance on the mat. Don't worry—there are always progressions and modifications so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

    Once you’ve found your groove, you can challenge yourself with On Strength, which introduces heavier weights, or our Signature class. Our Signature sessions are fast-paced and dynamic, so they are best suited for those who have a bit of Pilates experience and feel confident with the foundations.

  • We understand that plans can change, so we offer a 4-hour cancellation window for all our sessions. To ensure you don't lose a class credit, please make sure to cancel your spot via the Momence app at least 4 hours before the class begins.

    If a cancellation is made within this 4-hour window, the credit will be forfeited and cannot be used for a future session. We kindly ask that you cancel as soon as you know you can't attend (even if it's last minute) as this allows the app to notify someone on the waitlist and give another member of our community the chance to join the class!

  • Yes! We have full facilities available for both men and women. Our women’s showers and change rooms are located upstairs (featuring two private showers), and the men’s shower and change room is located downstairs. There are also separate toilets on both levels. Our shower cubicles are designed with extra space, allowing you to get changed privately and comfortably inside the cubicle.

  • Your safety is our priority! You are welcome to join our group classes up until you are 15 weeks pregnant. After 15 weeks, we require clients to move into private lessons so we can provide the specific support your body needs. Please email us at admin@oncuestudio.com.au to chat about your options.

    If you are injured, please inform your instructor before class so we can provide the necessary modifications to keep you moving safely. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting a new routine.
